For the second consecutive year, DASTERI SA was awarded as one of the most dynamic and economically healthy, developing Greek companies during the event of the “Diamonds of the Greek Economy 2020 Business Excellence Awards” that was held on Wednesday, July 15 in Athens, at the HILTON Hotel.

The event features the most dynamic and healthy developing Greek businesses. Their assessment is based on specific financial ratios and criteria such as profitability, borrowing and liquidity. At the same time other factors are taken into account, including the invested capital of companies, their human resources policy, as well as corporate and social responsibility issues.

Mr. Vasilis Dasteridis, (CEO) of the company stated: : "It is a special honor to be awarded for another year, since we continue on the path we have set in recent years and this road brings us here. This year is difficult for most industries and companies but I believe that we have all been so well educated in the last decade with the problems we had as a country that once again we will come out stronger and overcome the problem that arose with COVID- 19.

By the end of the year we hope to have completed the 2 investment programs we are developing for our two production plants.

I would like to thank the Prime Minister (Mr. Mitsotakis) and the government for announcing the establishment of a cross-party committee for the development of Thrace and the resolution of the problem of 12% subsidy that remained unresolved for more than a decade.”
